What we do
- Resell official Control and Complete licenses.
- Provision access: we email your site token, the long SentinelOne registration token, and can help with console access when requested.
- Provide limited initial install/uninstall help by email or scheduled Bookings; target reply is 1–2 business days.
- Provide self-serve Windows, Mac, Linux, token, uninstall, and console articles.
What we don’t do
- No managed SOC or 24/7 monitoring; protection runs on your device.
- We do not hunt threats for you. Complete Storyline, hunting, remote shell, file fetch, and Purple AI are customer-console tools when provisioned.
- Complete does not expand support limits. Compatibility is your responsibility.
- Sales are generally final; we do not replace professional IT.
Plans and installer
Control includes AI NGAV, firewall/device control, remediation, and Windows VSS rollback. Rollback is Windows-only. Complete adds ActiveEDR, Storyline, STAR, retention, remote shell, file fetch, and Purple AI in your console.
Put the site token in Site or Group Token. The WooCommerce order number is for support matching only—never paste it into the installer. Prefer My Account or email for downloads; /downloads/ is gated. See Find your site token.
