EDR For Home does not run a SOC, monitor devices around the clock, or hunt threats for you. Protection runs on your device. Complete features are customer-console tools when provisioned, not a managed service.

How support works
- Buy Control or Complete from Pricing.
- We email your site token, a long registration token. Paste it into Site or Group Token.
- Your order number is for support matching only — never paste it into the installer.
- Install with the current package from My Account or your provisioning email.
- Email support for install/uninstall help. We do not provide free remote monitoring or 24/7 threat response.
