Install SentinelOne on Mac

This guide covers installing the SentinelOne agent on macOS for EDR For Home Control and Complete.

Important: EDR For Home does not provide a managed SOC, 24/7 monitoring, or threat hunting. Complete tools are customer-console tools used when provisioned. See Scope of Work. Control 1-click rollback uses Windows VSS and is not available on Mac.

Prerequisites

1. Active order; see Pricing.
2. Mac administrator rights and internet access.
3. SentinelOne site token / registration token, a long string usually in the confirmation or provisioning email. The installer field is Site or Group Token. Never use your WooCommerce order number.
4. Current package from My Account → Installation Support or your email.

Install

1. Download and open the current macOS package.
2. Run the wizard or its shipped instructions.
3. Paste the long registration token at Site or Group Token, not the order number.
4. Finish, approve permissions below, and reboot if prompted.
5. Bluetooth is optional; allow it only if macOS prompts. Confirm the agent runs and, if provisioned, appears in console.
