EDR For Home customers use the SentinelOne customer console when access is provisioned. Phase 1 covers how to get in and what to expect. Complete’s extra tools sit in your own console when they are provisioned. You use them yourself. See Scope of Work.

Getting access

1. Buy Control or Complete from Pricing.
2. Install using the long registration site token, never your WooCommerce order number; see Find your site token.
3. Request console access if you do not have credentials.
4. Sign in at the URL above.

What you can typically do

• See whether endpoints checked in and review agent health.
• Use Control capabilities available to your license (Windows VSS rollback is Windows-only).
• When Complete tools are provisioned, use Storyline, hunting, STAR, remote shell, and file fetch yourself.

Prefer My Account → Installation Support or email for downloads. Console Packages is only for customers with site Admin access. We do not publish one set of Admin click paths, because the console layout can change. The agent is set to Protect, so it defends without you sitting in the console. You choose which alerts you get.
