Install SentinelOne on Windows

Install the SentinelOne agent on Windows 10 or 11. The same agent serves Control and Complete; features depend on your plan.

EDR For Home is not a managed SOC and does not provide 24/7 monitoring or threat hunting. See Scope of Work.

Before you start

1. Active Control/Complete order and administrator rights.
2. Your site token: the long SentinelOne registration token from your provisioning email or My Account.
3. Internet and the current Windows package from My Account or email.

Do not use your parent order number as the installer token. It is for support matching only.

Install

1. Download and double-click the Windows installer.
2. Allow administrator permission and follow the wizard.
3. At Site or Group Token, paste the long registration site token, never the order number.
4. Choose Install and reboot if prompted.
5. Confirm the agent runs. If provisioned, check the device in your customer console.

Rollback

Control (and Complete) includes Windows-only 1-click rollback using VSS. It is a SentinelOne workflow, not a remote recovery service.

Troubleshooting

• Retry with the registration token if enrollment fails.
• For startup failure, confirm Windows 10/11, admin access, and a complete download.
• If absent from console, wait, check connectivity, and verify the token.
• Conflicting antivirus may block installation.
