We want you to feel safe with EDR For Home, and that includes your money. If our protection isn’t right for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
Our 30-day refund
-
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. That’s the date on your order confirmation email and your card statement.
-
This applies to every plan: monthly, annual and 1-Year Prepaid.
-
Renewal charges aren’t refundable. Monthly and annual subscription plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime so you aren’t charged again (see “Cancelling a subscription” below).
-
After the 30 days, we don’t give partial or prorated refunds.
-
Charged twice by mistake for the same plan? Tell us and we’ll refund the duplicate charge whenever you notice it.
Annual plans
Annual subscription plans are charged in full when you buy. Ask within 30 days of that first annual charge and we’ll refund it in full. After 30 days, annual plans aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime so the plan doesn’t renew. Your protection stays on until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
1-Year Prepaid plans
1-Year Prepaid licenses are a one-time charge and don’t renew. Ask within 30 days for a full refund; after that they run to the end of the year with no partial refunds. A refund ends the license and removes the site.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@edrforhome.com from the email address you used to buy, with:
- Your order number (it’s in your order confirmation email and in My Account > Orders)
- The name on the order
- A sentence on why you’re asking (optional, but it helps us improve)
You don’t need to uninstall anything first. We’ll walk you through it.
How long it takes and how you’re paid
-
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
-
Once your refund is approved, we issue it and email you to confirm.
-
The refund goes back to your original payment method (the card or wallet you paid with). We can’t refund to a different card, by check or as store credit.
-
Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
What happens to your protection
When we refund a plan, your license ends. If it’s a subscription, it’s cancelled. Your security console site is removed, and the SentinelOne agent on your devices stops protecting them. Please uninstall the agent using our Uninstall guide. If you’d like protection again later, you can buy a new plan.
Cancelling a subscription
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until you cancel. (1-Year Prepaid plans don’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.)
-
To cancel: sign in to My Account > Subscriptions, choose your plan and click Cancel. Or email support@edrforhome.com and we’ll cancel it for you.
-
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your protection stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Then the license ends and your site is removed.
-
Cancelling doesn’t refund past charges by itself. If you’re within 30 days of your first paid charge and want it back, ask for a refund as described above.

If something looks wrong on your statement, email support@edrforhome.com first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute, and we’ll honor this policy.
What you’re buying
EDR For Home provides SentinelOne Singularity Control and Complete licenses for home and small-office devices, plus limited install and uninstall help as described in our Scope of Work. The agent is set to Protect and acts automatically on your device, and you choose which alerts you get. Control and Complete are different plans: Complete adds investigation tools (such as Storyline, threat hunting and remote shell) in your own console. EDR For Home is software only: there’s no 24/7 monitoring, no security operations center (SOC) and no 24/7 support. Rollback is available on Windows only.
